We are doing a Bible study using the book Made to Crave: Satisfying Your Deepest Desire with God, Not Food.
In this DVD study you will find the missing link between your desire to be healthy and the spiritual empowerment necessary to make that happen. The book is a helpful companion to use alongside whatever healthy eating approach you choose. Reading of the book is required. You may purchase this book on www.madetocrave.org.
